Thank you for joining Tanty's Garden for The Ottawa Junior Carnival.  Please fill out the form below . Registration is Open for children between the ages of 5 and 16 years.

 Toddler Section - Seeds of Life ( Toddlers between ages of 1 and 4). For this section a parent/Guardian must accompany their toddler during the parade and on stage.

Parents/Guardians will be notified for dates and times for  Costume fittings via email/text/call. 

For Payments please send e-transfer to wiyaottawa@gmail.com.  In the message section please indicate " Junior Carnival and  your child/ward name." Registration is complete upon full receipt of payment.
